Cecilia de Jong Born in 1979. Lives and works in Odense, Denmark. By creating platforms for relations, I try to expose some of the spaces existing between humans, and the opportunities such a space is representing. I am considering how each human being finds meaning in his or her own life, and I want to contribute with positive reinforcement. My aim is not necessarily to make the world a better place, but rather to appreciate the good things already existing. My work is most often context and site specific and it most likely involve local people in some way. I usually find ideas for my work in my own close relationships or in cultural observations specific to my own life or the site I´m currently working in.
