Trine mee sook Gleerup (1978)

is a visual artist working within photography, installation and performance. Her work is deeply invested in historical and political tendencies, and is often visualized and performed questioning performative relations and politics.
From a post-colonial and gender-related perspective her work is debating cultural and racial stereotypes and representations, as well as she tries to (re)negotiate power structures and identity. 

Trine Gleerup is co-founder of the artist group, UFOlab (Unidentified Foreign Object laboratory) and has done exhibitions and collaborations with artists and researches from the US, Europe and South Korea. 

Trine mee sook Gleerup is educated form the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, Copenhagen (2007).

She currently lives and works in Copenhagen.
